About Our Fabrics
What's the difference between Tana Lawn and Jacquard?
Tana Lawn is a lightweight cotton fabric, known for its soft hand feel and beautiful drape—perfect for traditional garments. Jacquard is a flowy, shiny fabric with woven patterns built into the material itself, ideal for special occasions.
How do I care for silk and satin fabrics?
We recommend dry cleaning for silk and satin to maintain their luster and texture. If hand washing, use cold water with a gentle detergent, avoid wringing, and lay flat to dry. Always iron on the reverse side with low heat.
What is the width of your fabrics?
Most of our fabrics are standard width (approximately 110-150cm), but this can vary by type. Please check the individual product description for exact measurements, or contact us if you need specific width information.
Are the colors shown online accurate?
We do our best to photograph our fabrics accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If color accuracy is critical for your project, please contact us and we'll provide additional details or photos.
Can I request fabric samples?

Ordering & Quantities
How much fabric do I need for a Jalabiya or Abaya?
Typically, you'll need 3-4 meters for a standard Jalabiya, depending on the design, size, and whether you want matching accessories. For children's garments, 2-2.5 meters is usually sufficient. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance.
Do you take bulk or custom orders?
Yes! We welcome bulk orders and can help source specific fabrics for larger projects. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll be happy to assist.

We may be able to help! Contact us with details about the fabric you're looking for, and we'll do our best to source it for you.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UAE only, serving all Emirates including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
How long does shipping take?
We fulfill orders within 12-24 hours. Delivery time depends on your location within the UAE, typically 1-3 business days.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
At this time, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange fabric?

What if my fabric arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your fabric arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
